Yes you can. Is it possible, for the Liberals to racist. They are indeed very racist to the survival of powerlessness and the syndrome of hope for minorities. They have done more to keep minorities "in house" so that they take depends on the government and by setting low expectations for them.
The Democrats are trying to keep black children, but to save struggling cm in the public opinion polls on school choice, blacks overwhelmingly favor vouchers to their children in schools. Nobody knows better, can do the damage that poor schools for their children's future, and that the black communities. The Republicans are in favor of school choice. The Democrats are not.
So if you're a DM, we can get the color (as in the NAACP), the man, and they will love it.
