Died Intestate A Hindu Male Died Intestate And His Mother Died After A Month. Will The Property Goes To Mother's Legal Heir?

A hindu male died intestate and his mother died after a month. Will the property goes to mother's legal heir? - died intestate

Class I heirs on the death of a Hindu man was his widow, his daughters and his mother. The property was not distributed immediately after death and the mother died after a month. The will of his undivided share shall take to his heirs (the half-sister of Hindu men who died without a will?)

You are the wife and children are the legal heirs and not the mother (if the property is not hierarchical family of Hindu men and as long as it is clearly stated by the mother, during his life.
The assets of the mother is the legal heirs of the mother - all her children equally (and girls, in some cases) and son (identified as a Hindu man) is the property to its rightful heirs, his wife and children - especially intestacy.
However, / adjust the claim must be filed if no possibility of conflict, to prove the authenticity.

According to the Hindu calendar, under the Succession Act of 1956, the ownership of the Hindu mother of the deceased will go to the following order:
Son, daughter, widow, mother, child of a deceased son, daughter of a deceased son.
